Established May 27, 2005 by Ordinance No. 05-96 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f), (except for powers regarding waste disposal) F.S. and Section 190-012(3) F.S. and approved by the City of Doral Resolution No. Z05-02 on April 19, 2005

The District is located in Section 7, Township 53 South, Range 39 East, and is situated approximately ½ mile of a mile east of State Road 821 (Homestead Extension of Florida’s Turnpike), 3 ½ miles west of State Road 826 (Palmetto Expressway) and 2 ½ miles north of NW 41 Street.  The District is bounded by NW 112 Avenue on the west, NW 88 Street on the north, NW 109 Avenue on the east and NW 86 Street on the south.

Stormwater management facilities, roadway improvements, water and wastewater systems, parks, open space and right of way improvements.
